Consignment 101:

 

• All gowns must be 3 years old or newer, in pristine condition. 

 

• Authentic Gowns Only. No knock-offs, look-alikes, or custom gowns.

 

• We accept gowns in sizes 2-32, at least 50" long on the side seam.

 

• All gowns must be professionally cleaned before consigning them.

 

• We accept inventory from bridal salons, designers, and brides.

 

• Consignment Term: 6 Month Consignment with exclusive right to sell.

• Commission Split: You receive 50% of the sales price on gowns sold for $2500 or less, minus any fees. You receive 55% of the sales price on gowns sold for more than $2500, minus any fees. ​

   

• Payments: Payments are sent by the 15th of the month following the sale. 

 

• Pricing: We offer you a current fair market value quote on the gown which is based on age of the gown, condition, color, demand for the style, alterations and clearance pricing.

   

• Quotes: Please send at least two photos of your gown, one front and one back along with the name of the designer, the style name or number, the year purchased, purchase price excluding alterations and the approximate length of your gown.

It is the consignor's responsibility to pick-up unsold items during the fifteen day window at the end of the consignment period stated on your contract. Items left beyond fifteen days become the sole property of Secret Closet.
